The Technical and Board Meetings are on the first Thursday each month. However, in January 2026 the first Thursday is New Years Day.
Therefore, those meetings will be on January 8th, 2026.

ARA provides Radio Repeaters for Amateur Radio Operators

Radio Repeaters are generally located in high-profile sites to provide for maximum range to VHF and UHF radios. Repeaters have receiver and transmitters interconnected to listen on one frequency and transmit on a different, related frequency. Use of the repeater extends the range of hand-held or mobile radios. Many of the ARA Repeaters are interconnected to other ARA sites via link radios.

To provide training and support for Public Service and Emergency activities by Amateur Radio Operators.
